The Sugar Pine way

Our process

Start by exploring our collection and adding your favorite pieces to your wishlist. Once you’ve found what fits your event vibe, submit your inquiry and tell us a little about your date, venue, and needs.



01. Browse and Build Your Wishlist

We’ll review your wishlist, confirm availability, and put together a custom quote based on your selections, delivery needs, and event details. (We can also do this in a Zoom call, we'd LOVE to see you face to face!) If needed, we’ll help refine your picks so everything feels cohesive and practical.


02. We Review details & Create your proposal

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign your rental agreement and pay the deposit through our booking system to officially secure your date. Once that’s done, your event is on our calendar!

03. Reserve your date

As your event gets closer, we’ll confirm logistics like delivery, pickup, timing, and any final adjustments. Then we handle the setup and pickup so you can enjoy the celebration.

04. Finalize the details

Browse our collections, add items to your wishlist, and submit your event details. OR book a consultation with us and let us know exactly what you're looking for. We'll send a custom proposal either way, and your date is secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

Final payment is due 14 days before your event date. (We'll outline this clearly in the proposal.)

Yes - changes can be made based on availability. We recommend finalizing your order at least 3 weeks before the event.

Delivery fees are based on distance, order size, and setup requirements. We also travel outside the Treasure Valley. Travel fees apply for events outside our standard service area (Ontario to Boise), but we will travel as far as Spokane to Pocatello. Outside of South Idaho? Never hurts to ask!
